Set your company culture to leave on time. A rich outside-of-work life is so important!

Of course sometimes people will feel compelled to stick around a bit later than usual. We get it and are often, luckily, so enamored with our work that we lose track of time. That being said, if you're noticing that people consistently stay well beyond say 5pm or so, ESPECIALLY if it seems performative in nature, pay attention. Good teams recognize that productivity and contribution exist independently from artificial time based constraints. Big Practica co-sign to leaving on time.
